He investigates catastrophic injury cases and handles them from their inception through trial.
Dan started his legal involvement back in 2014 as the Legal Coordinator at El Sol Community Resource Center in Jupiter, FL, a non-profit organization.
There he assisted migrant children and their families by connecting them with local immigration attorneys.
He is originally from Venezuela and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
In 2014 as a student in Palm Beach State College Dan was part of a committee which was essential in getting the Tuition Equity Bill passed and signed into law in Florida.
Dan is an advocate for immigration rights, and is a firm believer that diversity builds a stronger nation.
