Nicole Perdomo is an Associate Attorney at Romano Law Group, where she handles personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Her work includes evaluating claims, investigating facts, gathering evidence, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and negotiating with insurance carriers. She also supports litigation efforts through depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation when necessary, while maintaining clear communication with clients and working under the guidance of senior attorneys to provide diligent, professional advocacy.
Before becoming a licensed attorney, Nicole gained multiple years of comprehensive legal experience working as a case manager, paralegal, and law clerk, with a strong focus on personal injury litigation and trial advocacy. In these roles, she was deeply involved in every phase of case development, including client intake, case investigation, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, trial preparation, and coordination with experts and witnesses.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, helping her connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and communicate with clarity during what is often a stressful time. Outside the office, she enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, outdoor activities, and cooking.
